Canberra Heart Making Group
Each month the Canberra Heart Making Group get together to make pocket hearts and along side this we run a heart making workshop so that you too can learn how to make felt pocket hearts using the 1000 Hearts Global Kindness Community materials and instructions!
Heart making is suitable for all sewing levels - from never tried it before to advanced sewers! Children are welcome with a supervising adult.
Cost: $8 for workshop materials plus booking fee (50c)​. Experienced Heart makers bringing their own supplies are free, but need to book the appropriate ticket to secure their spot.
These workshops are held monthly in Deakin. Materials are provided to make five pocket hearts. Participants get to keep the hearts they make to share as they please.
